About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven seller management senior specialist to join our Seller Engagement and Incubation team in Spain. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between data insights and seller education – analyzing marketplace performance data to identify seller pain points, then designing and delivering targeted training programs that help sellers grow their business on our platform. You will work at the intersection of data analytics, content creation and live instruction, turning complex data patterns into actionable learning journeys for European sellers, primarily consist of Spanish sellers.



You will be encouraged to leverage artificial intelligence solutions to excel above business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights (40%)

Analyze multi-dimensional seller data including: Selling performance, sales metrics, campaign effectiveness, advertising performance, learning engagement, and communication touchpoints to

Identify behavioral patterns, skill gaps, and growth opportunities across seller segments

Build reports to track seller progression and program impact

Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for training design

Training Program Design (20%)

Define learning objectives and curriculum structure based on data-driven insights and different seller maturity levels (new, growing, established)

Develop educational content including AI content scripts, case studies, best practice guides

Collaborate with product development teams to align trai
