The Role




Joining Lucanet's People & Organisation team as a People Operations and Automation Engineer - this role will be crucial in accelerating our department's journey towards an AI-enabled target operating model. The role will focus on delivering an ambitious roadmap spanning multiple workstreams, with the mission of reducing manual transactional tasks, allowing our team to focus on high-impact activities that deliver real value for our internal customers. The idóneo candidate brings a strong foundation in People Operations (and/or other HR functions) paired with a proven track record of automating complex processes and building HR tools with AI. This role sits perfectly at the intersection of HR and AI technical skills, requiring hands-on proficiency with tools like Claude, OpenAI, MS Copilot, n8n and others.
