You work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and night shifts
YOUR SKILLS MATTER




Experience You have already gained initial experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent service comes naturally to you
Languages You speak fluently German and English (C1 level or higher)
Communication You enjoy interacting with partners and customers and possess strong communication skills and empathy
Problem-solving You can respond quickly to new situations and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
IT Skills You are confident in using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office
