CREDIT CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for an experienced, organized and proactive Credit Control Supervisor to join our team at our Barcelona HQ.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Credit Control team, supporting the Credit Control Manager and overseeing key credit control activities, including overdue debt, cash forecasting, distributor sales ledger management and debt collection.
The main tasks of the position are:

The Credit Control Supervisor will support the effective management of the credit control function and ensure accurate and timely execution of daily and monthly credit control activities.

Team Supervision & Credit Control
• Supervise the Credit Control team on a day-to-day basis
• Conduct monthly reviews with team members regarding overdue debt
• Hold weekly reviews with the Credit Control Manager
• Provide holiday cover for the Credit Control Manager
• Report on cash forecast, aged debt,



orders held and bad debt provision during holiday cover

Payments & Banking
• Upload SEPA and LCR payment runs to the bank
• Ensure payment-related activities are completed accurately and on time

Distributor Sales Ledger Management
• Be responsible for the Distributor sales ledger
• Create new accounts and manage account-related activities
• Release orders and support debt collection activities
• Post and allocate cash accurately
• Work with the Credit Control Manager on risk assessment due to the values involved

Reporting & Commercial Support
• Prepare weekly distributor reports for Sales Managers
• Create service invoices and credit notes related to commercial agreements and marketing activities
• Liaise monthly with the debt collection agency

Position requirements:

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in Credit Control
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
