In this role you lead the design and delivery of analytics products for your region, shaping the data and analytics portfolio to align with Bacardi’s strategy. You’ll own end-to-end product delivery, governance, and value realization, working with regional partners and the DnA/Tech teams to staff analytics pods and ensure high standards. You’ll partner with business owners and vendors to meet SLAs and drive adoption of analytics solutions. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on impact, governance, and continuous improvement in analytics.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own end-to-end delivery and adoption of analytics products for the assigned region/function
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to staff analytics pods for product builds
• Collaborate with Project Management on planning, budget tracking, and documentation
• Contribute to solution architecture and design




• Lead Regional Analytics Governance Forums and support prioritization of analytics products
• Coordinate with DnA team members and Technical Support/Operations on enhancements
• Provide updates to BRMs and Business partners and escalate risks as needed
• Inform global data and analytics portfolio team about requests and initiatives
• Support production analytics production issues and changes in delivery ownership
• Ensure post-delivery adoption and value realization with change management and user adoption teams
• Serve as primary contact with spoke teams in applicable regions/functions
• Participate in evaluating data/analytics emerging technologies and tools
• Engage vendors to maximize value and ensure SLAs are met
• Align partner service requirements with measured performance and scorecards
