About the role

We're looking for a Junior Art Director to join our Barcelona team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, social-first thinking, and a genuine interest in creating work people actually want to engage with.

You'll spend most of your time developing creative for organic social media, always thinking platform-first, as well as supporting smaller digital campaigns across a range of integral brands. You'll also work alongside Senior Art Directors and the Creative Director on larger integrated campaigns, contributing ideas, creating assets and helping bring bigger creative platforms to life.



From time to time, you'll also support more senior team members in developing experiential and event proposals.

This is an opportunity to learn from experienced creatives while taking ownership of your own projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

Develop visual concepts and creative ideas for organic social media content across multiple brands: Galderma/Danone/Callao.

Ideate social-first creative including static posts, carousels, stories, short-form video concepts and digital assets.

Support Senior Art Directors and the Creative Director in developing larger integrated campaigns.

Assist Senior Art Directors on experiential concepts, event proposals and pitch work when required.

Build moodboards, visual references and presentation materials for clients and design teams.
