As Scrum Master, you drive high-quality software releases by leading Agile adoption and bridging business and technology. You’ll work in an international, dynamic team to optimize delivery and help the organization grow through people development. You will guide teams in Agile practices, remove impediments, and improve predictability. This role places you at the core of process optimization within a sustainability-minded tech company that values collaboration and impact.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective) to ensure productive sessions within timeboxes
• Identify and remove impediments; manage external dependencies when needed




• Coach Product Owner and team on Agile principles; refine backlog and prioritization
• Monitor metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Lead Time) to improve predictability and efficiency

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with Agile training
• Minimum 4 years as Scrum Master in software development (IT environments)
• Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban; hands-on xqbhyrx with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• English level B2/C1; ability to facilitate sessions with distributed teams
• Strong communication, empathy, resilience, and conflict-resolution skills
