With a multicultural team of 180 employees worldwide, we're growing faster than ever which is why we’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Business Development Representative to join our Business Development team from Spain.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with our clients, playing a key role in our growth and making a real impact in a fast-paced tech scale-up

This is a remote and parttime position in Spain for 20 hours a week where you will be working for our integral teams. Help us create a healthier and happier world ??

What the Business Development Representative role looks like
We are looking for a part-time employee to help expand our presence in Spain. As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, guiding them in discovering how Virtuagym can help them achieve their goals.

What you will own




Research and identify potential leads in the Spanish market.
Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and challenges.
Drive overall growth in the Spanish market

What you will bring to the team
Strong communication skills in Spanish (native level) and English.
A passion for sales, with a proactive and resilient attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
