We’re Hiring: Front Desk Coordinator at Vende Mi Vivienda (Playa Flamenca)

Are you proactive, service-minded, and ready to join a vibrant, international real estate team?
At Vende Mi Vivienda, we’re looking for a organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our Playa Flamenca office. In this role, you’ll be the essential hub connecting our agents, clients, buyers, sellers, and banks, ensuring our office runs like clockwork while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll do:
Be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering welcoming, high-level service.
Oversee daily office management, administrative routines, and agent support.
Handle multi-task workflows and identify new business leads with incoming inquiries.





What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in administration or fast-paced customer service.
Fluent in English and Spanish (Swedish is a strong plus).
A positive, solution-oriented mindset with high organizational skills.
