About The Role

As a Senior Data Governance Leader, you will drive the operational transformation of our integral governance function, turning multi-industry legacy data into a unified, production-ready foundation. You will partner with Data Operations, ML teams, and international hubs to establish core quality baselines and architect scalable taxonomy and MDM structures. This is a high-impact,



execution-focused role for a builder who excels at translating governance policy into testable, working artifacts—ensuring our standards remain consistent, conflict-free, and actively enforced at scale.

Responsibilities

Author, maintain, and version enterprise taxonomies, business term definitions, and master data hierarchies to consolidate legacy structures across four distinct organizations and two industries into a single unified taxonomy
Translate governance strategies into structured, testable data quality rules—assigning consistent rule IDs across taxonomies to ensure governance actively runs in production systems.
Run routine rule-library analysis to detect duplicates, conflicts, and coverage gaps, and prepare findings for governance review
Maintain metadata, documentation, and change history so definitions and rules remain traceable and auditable
Support intake and triage of new rule and definitio
