This role is for someone who is junior in title, but not in drive. We are looking for a high-motivation, high-ownership person who wants to learn fast, take responsibility early, and turn ideas into visible improvements.

About the Role

Hands-on experience working directly inside Shopify is required for this role. You should already be comfortable navigating Shopify Admin and working with products, collections, content, and themes.

You will be part of our Shopify team, contributing to day-to-day execution across Shopify, CRO, SEO, international expansion, and performance marketing. You will work closely with our Ecommerce Growth Manager and colleagues across content and design,



while taking ownership of your own tasks, ideas, and results.

What You'll Do
Ecommerce & CRO
Ship fast updates across our Shopify stores — products, landing pages, and site content
Dig into key metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and revenue to uncover growth opportunities
Drive CRO tests across product pages, collection pages, and checkout to push conversion higher
SEO
Own keyword research and on-page SEO to boost how our pages rank in search.
Optimize content, page structure, meta data, and internal linking as we expand into new markets.
International Expansion
Drive the rollout of SEO, CRO, and campaigns across Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, and France.
Hunt down growth opportunities across markets and act on them fast.
Performance Marketing & AI
Get hands-on with Google and Meta Ads campaigns, from setup support to reporting and optimization.
Dig into performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conve
