We are looking for Head of QA (Automation).

Your main tasks will be:

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for REST APIs and web applications using C#/.NET.
Evolve and improve the automation framework, test reporting, CI/CD integrations, and code review practices.




Work with SQL databases, logs, monitoring systems, and investigate production issues.
Participate in testing complex scenarios, flows, integrations, and business-critical processes.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure components that impact testing and environment stability.
Establish and maintain QA processes, including workflows, task stages, boards, TestRail, knowledge base, and release support practices.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead a team of 5 Automation and Manual QA engineers: assign tasks, align workflows, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
Conduct 1:1 meetings, provide regular feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders on test strategy and overall product quality.
