At Capitole, we are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join an international data team focused on transforming data into business value.

We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills,



a business-oriented mindset and hands-on experience working with modern data platforms. The role combines Business Analytics, Data Quality and analytical modelling, contributing to both business decision-making and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

Transform business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
Define KPIs and metrics to support data-driven decision making.
Develop and optimize data solutions using Databricks, Python, PySpark and SQL.
Improve data quality through validation processes, monitoring and issue resolution.
Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Contribute to the development, deployment and monitoring of statistical and Machine Learning models in production environments.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
