Role overview:




The Junior Finance Specialist will support Titan’s senior finance leadership across financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, fundraising, M&A;, and internal & external reporting. The role is execution- and process-focused and designed to ensure rigour, efficiency and consistency across financial processes.
This role sits at the intersection of financial analysis, strategic finance support and operational finance, acting as a backbone for day-to-day financial activities.
Key responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Own the 3-statement financial model, and adjust and expand the model infrastructure as the business evolves over time
Support the processes for forecasting, budgeting and scenario analyses, and allow for data-driven decision-making by preparing analyses on performance, growth initiatives, and runway
Assist with the Budget vs. Vigente (BvA) analysis, meeting with internal stakeholders periodically to sol
