About The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager who is data-driven, outcome-focused, and ready to build. You'll help define what we ship, improve our user experience, and make sure the product drives real business impact.

You'll work closely with design, engineering, and regional teams to launch features, improve flows, and raise the standard for how people send money internationally.

What You’ll Do

Discover Opportunities

Use product data, customer input, and market signals to surface opportunities.
Translate customer and data insights into problem statements worth solving.




Prioritize which problems to solve based on evidence from research and experiments.

Drive Execution

Write clear specs that enable fast, confident development.
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to ship high-quality features.
Maintain momentum by managing trade-offs and removing blockers.

Own Outcomes

Own a segment of the customer journey across web and mobile.
Define success metrics and tie your work directly to them.
Push for measurable impact, not just output.
Own delivery and results, adjusting your approach based on outcomes and applying learnings to future initiatives.

Align Stakeholders

Plan for compliance, legal, and operational needs early to move fast without risking quality or user experience.
Build alignment by explaining the ‘why’ behind decisions, not just seeking agreement.
Work with regional teams to support local needs without compromising on the core experience.
