About The Role

As a Junior Content Marketing Specialist, you will become a key member of our Inbound & Content function within the Marketing team.

You will create and distribute content across multiple formats and channels, including blog articles, whitepapers, lead magnets, webinars, newsletters, and social media. You will also support the management of Refinery89's social media presence and help turn industry topics and insights into engaging content that builds brand awareness and supports lead generation.





This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, researching new topics, working across different formats, and managing multiple content initiatives from idea to execution.

You will work closely with the wider Marketing team to execute the content calendar, support webinars and external collaborations, and identify new opportunities to grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create and adapt content across different formats, including blog articles, whitepapers, reports, case studies, lead magnets, newsletters, and webinar content.
Research AdTech, digital advertising, publishing, and industry trends to identify relevant topics and develop engaging content.
Write and publish SEO-friendly content for our WordPress blog.
Repurpose existing content across different formats and channels.
