Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Paid Social Expert with a strong background in campaign activation, planning, and strategy across major social platforms. This role is designed for someone who wants to take a step further in their career: moving away from day-to-day activation to support the global execution of social strategies across multiple countries. Your main objective will be to guide, advise, and empower local teams,



ensuring they apply our "Golden Rules" and best practices effectively to maximize their performance and campaign results.
Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Golden Rules Implementation: Lead the deployment of Paid Social strategies across various countries, ensuring local teams understand and effectively apply global "Golden Rules" and performance best practices.
Cross-Market Innovation & Best-in-Class Development: Identify new opportunities across different markets, leveraging both integral insights and local knowledge to help regional teams become "best in class" in their campaign executions.
Local Team Enablement & Support: Act as the central Paid Social subject matter expert. While you won't be doing direct hands-on activation, you will serve as the strategic link, advising and training local execution teams to optimize their setups and resolve complex campaign challenges.
