What you’ll be doing (and who with)

The Business Development team, with more than 20 people, is responsible for bringing new customers to the company through the sales cycle. As an SDR, your main tasks and required skills are to increase the sales pipeline through the following duties:
- Search, engage and follow outbound leads (cold actions, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Generate sales opportunities for the Business Development team.
- Participation in the organization of events and fairs with the Business Development team.
- Large organizational capacity and autonomy in task management.
- Ability to overcome the set goals.
- Proactive attitude and motivation are defining characteristics.

What are we looking for?
- Native English speaker.
- High-level or bilingual in Spanish.
- High communication skills.
- Experience in sales and cold calling.
