In this operational role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across our resort’s dining services. Specifically, you will combine your culinary art training with hotel operations knowledge to prepare high-quality dishes, manage food efficiency, and ensure strict adherence to high standards. By doing so, you will help create memorable stays for our guests while contributing to our shared economic and operational goals.

Your primary goal involves driving culinary success across various hotel dining services. To achieve this, you will deliver exceptional dish preparation and cooking support. At the same time, you will keep your station aligned with company benchmarks and economic objectives. Therefore, you will manage daily prep, oversee cooking processes, and verify ingredient quality. Additionally, you will support team organization and maintain high standards of excellence. As a result, you will eliminate service bottlenecks and support Meliá’s integral reputation for hospitality excellence.
