Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Czech Call Center Agent - COLD CALLING (Czech) at 2DIGIT d.o.o.

The Czech Call Center Agent will be responsible for performing cold calls to previous clients in order to generate sales for the company. The Agent must be proficient in both Czech and English to communicate with clients effectively.

Responsibilites:
Calling of people who have left the cart on hanksome.cz.
Calling of people who have previously bought a product on our shop.

Qualifications
Fluent in Czech and English, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Strong organizational and time management skills.




Experience with customer service or sales in a call center environment is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Effective listening and negotiation skills.
Must be comfortable making cold calls to potential clients.
Must have option to invoice our company (sole propertiorship, company, etc.).
