Sales Manager – Spain

The ideal candidate will have a strong history of generating new business, developing client relationships, and driving consistent growth.
The role is focused on acquiring new customers through structured sales prospecting and direct, personal engagement.
The adecuado candidate is skilled at identifying new opportunities, building rapport quickly, and turning initial conversations into concrete business opportunities.
While experience in the packaging sector is a must, we place greater value on your track record and sales achievements.

Position Overview
In this role, you will be integrated on a multination group of Sales Manager in the UK and EU.
A consultative approach to selling is essential, as you will work closely with clients to deliver tailored packaging solutions that meet their needs.

The role is connected to our HQ based in Harrow, London – UK but the only focus will be on the Spanish and, eventually, Portuguese market.

Compensation
- Base salary starting from 25,000 / €30,000 (depending on experience)
