It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a People Operations Manager to our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of People Operations you will have the opportunity to you will have the opportunity to oversee People Operations across an entire region, with true ownership over the processes, programs, and partnerships that define the employee experience for our EMEA team.
You'll build direct relationships with leaders across the business, and you'll do it inside a company that takes its core values seriously and genuinely invests in the people who work here.



This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the Beyond Barcelona office.

As our People Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day People Operations processes for the EMEA region, such as employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, system administration, employment law compliance, external partner management, and other core operational work
Staying current on EMEA market trends or patterns that have potential impact on people operations, and providing recommendations and counsel to the business on how to address
Building, documenting, and maintaining standard operating procedures, and ensuring they are followed consistently across the region
