We are looking for a Quality Culture Technician, who will help drive and strengthen the quality culture within our company, ensuring that employees are aware of, understand, and apply quality and safety standards in their day-to-day work.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Plan and coordinate annual activities related to quality culture,



including communication campaigns, local promotional activities and online initiatives.
Prepare and monitor budgets and expense reimbursements related to quality activities.
Support the engineering team in organizing activities aimed at strengthening employees’ quality awareness and culture.
Coordinate administrative and logistical activities related to personnel, attendance, materials and compliance with health and safety procedures.
Support the preparation, implementation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring appropriate allocation and efficient use of resources.
Support internal and external safety audits, safety inspections and investigations, as well as the organization of safety training and regular practical drills.
Assist with KPI monitoring, including data collection, consolidation and follow-up, progress tracking and system data updates.
