At El Fuerte Marbella 5*, part of Fuerte Group Hotels, historic charm meets luxury. Originally opened in 1957 as our flagship property, this landmark resort re-emerged in 2023. Specifically, it reopened as a fully transformed 5-star destination. The resort sits on Marbella’s scenic promenade, just five minutes from Plaza de los Naranjos. Furthermore, El Resistente Marbella features 266 luxury rooms, casual luxury design, and sweeping views. Therefore, we are seeking a detail-oriented Reception Assistant (Auxiliar de Recepción) in Marbella, Spain.

In this front-of-house role, you will initiate the welcome process for incoming guests. Specifically, you will offer warm hospitality, manage valet parking, handle luggage storage, and complete front-desk tasks. By doing so, you will ensure an extraordinary stay across every shift.

Your primary goal involves driving front-office success across our 5-star resort. To achieve this, you will deliver memorable arrival experiences. At the same time, you will keep the lobby pristine. Therefore, you will greet guests, manage valet parking, handle luggage transfers, and assist with administration. As a result, you will eliminate bottlenecks and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury hospitality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Welcome & Concierge Support: Warmly greet arriving and departing guests. Furthermore, offer welcome refreshments, open vehicle doors, provide local recommendations, and offer umbrella assistance.
- Luggage & Storage Management: Transport guest luggage to and from rooms efficiently. In addition, manage secure storage in the luggage room and load bags into departing vehicles.
