For our school in Alcoi we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 32 hours per week
Start date: immediately
Your role

- Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
- Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
- Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story ensuring quality and adherence to the Kids&Us; methodology.
- Assist interested families, present the Kids&Us; educational programme and advise them during the enrolment process.
- Play an active role in recruiting new pupils and help organise marketing campaigns and open days.
What you need
-
- Fluency in English, with a minimum level of C1 (a C2 level will be particularly valued).
- Positive attitude and energy to inspire children.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Customer focus and the ability to build trusting relationships with families.
- Previous experience in teaching, educational coordination or team management will be an advantage, although it is not essential.
