As Project EHS Specialist, you will lead and support EHS activities across the MED Cluster to ensure compliance and excellence in strategic projects. You will collaborate with project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to address EHS requirements and deploy policies at cluster and country level. The role blends project management with local operational support, driving continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance. You will promote a safety-first culture and partner with teams to deliver sustainable energy management outcomes.

• Ensure EHS compliance with legal requirements, customer standards, and MESH guidelines
• Serve as main EHS interface with customers, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Support deployment of corporate MESH programs across projects and local operations




• Manage contractor EHS compliance, including ISN platform oversight, onboarding and training
• Lead EHS incident reporting, escalation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Conduct regular site audits and field EHS inspections for safe operations
• Build relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners to foster safety-first culture
• Plan and coordinate EHS activities across project lifecycle to meet milestones
• Deliver EHS training and toolbox talks on project sites
• Support EHS management system implementation and continuous improvement at local level (Italy scope)
• Monitor EHS performance via KPIs and dashboards; drive follow-up on action plans
• Deliver EHS communications and awareness campaigns at local level
