Your role

Shiji Group focuses on the development of the Shiji Enterprise Platform, a comprehensive management platform for hotels.

We're building a new team dedicated to AI-driven products and platform infrastructure. This is a dedicated engineering group, not a support function, you'll be building the AI tooling, agent infrastructure, and integration layers that other teams rely on.

Requirements

AI-enabled developer: fluent using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as a core part of daily workflow, not occasional use.



This team builds AI tooling and is expected to practice what it builds.
Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
Solid backend engineering fundamentals: API design, distributed services, cloud-native development
Strong Python skills as our infrastructure and services are primarily Python-based
Sound grasp of SOLID principles and clean software design
Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, or similar managed AI/ML services) or similar cloud provider, such as Azure, GCP.
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where requirements evolve from PoC to production
Nice to have
AWS CDK experience (infrastructure-as-code)
AWS Bedrock AgentCore experience
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and knowledge base experience
Agent development experience LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, Anthropic Agent SDK, or similar frameworks. Significant plus, as this team builds and orche
