In 4 years Zoomo has helped transition millions of urban miles to light electric vehicles, built a team of >200 world class engineers, operators, sales staff and vehicle repair technicians; developed and deployed the world's best last mile delivery electric bikes and fleet management software; and successfully deploys these solutions around the world. We operate across the USA, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia. Zoomo vehicles are used by major players in the food, grocery and parcel delivery segments with partners including UberEats, Glovo, Doordash, JustEat Takeaway, Deliveroo, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Amazon, FedEx, Getir, Ocado, GoPuff and many more.
The Role
We’re hiring the most senior leader in Spain, reporting to the COO, to own market performance end-to-end: operational excellence, growth, and P&L; outcomes.



You’ll shape and improve our physical operations (fleet, workshop, retail), lead a hands-on team on the ground, and drive pragmatic growth initiatives (pricing, channels, partnerships) to build demand. This role requires an entrepreneurial operator with strong ownership, comfortable both running day-to-day operations and identifying opportunities to improve and grow the business.
This person will own the Spanish market performance across business outcomes: operational excellence, unit economics, customer experience and growth. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground leadership role. You can expect to:
Drive local growth strategy: identify demand constraints and run pragmatic tests (pricing, offers, channels, local partnerships) with clear measurement.
Stabilise and scale core operations (workshop + retail + fleet logistics). Expand capacity thoughtfully as demand grows, ensuring process discipline and cost control.
