About us

Cognosimo Tours develops high-end cultural tours in Europe. We showcase heritage, gastronomy, and history through immersive and engaging experiences.

We are looking for a passionate local guide to lead our tours in Madrid, working with our coordination team and international clients.

Main responsibilities

Lead themed guided tours (culture, heritage, gastronomy, etc.) in Madrid and the surrounding region.
Welcome groups professionally and warmly.
Adapt the presentation to the audience (French, English, etc.).
Ensure a smooth and high-quality experience from start to finish.




Report client feedback and field observations to the team.

Desired Profile

Passionate about Madrid, its history, and its culture.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Experience in guiding or cultural activities is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage small groups.
English (and other languages) is a plus.
Freelance status required (self-employed).

Conditions

Compensation: €25 gross per hour.
Responsibilities: Based on tour schedules (versátil hours).
Possibility of regular collaboration depending on the season and performance.
