This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and play a key role in both daily operations and long‑term strategic development.Position OverviewThe Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day management of operations across Phytoferm and Plantionix, ensuring that current production activities are executed according to plan while helping build the foundation for future growth. Working directly with the CEO, you will coordinate production activities, manage stakeholder communication, support regulatory and corporate reporting, and contribute to the development of next‑generation omega‑3 production technologies. This role offers significant responsibility and exposure across multiple business functions.
