As an Assistant Team Manager,you willbe instrumental in shaping a positive impact on families. Working closely with the Team Manager,you'lllead the dedicated team to enhance the delivery of the five "Every Child Matters"outcome. Your dedication will drive positive change and shape a brighter future for those in need.
To qualify for this position, you need a social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a level 4 management qualification being preferable.



You will have at least 3years' experienceof working in children andfamilies'social care.

This position comes with a 15% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
