ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY





The Site Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and refining patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials. By collaborating closely with site staff, investigators, and internal teams, the SES ensures that enrollment targets are met within established timelines. This position demands a solid understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements, as well as a focus on patient-centric approaches to enhance recruitment quality and efficiency.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
- · Develop and Implement Patient Recruitment Plans: Formulate customized recruitment plans based on trial objectives, patient profiles, and site capabilities. Regularly refine these plans using metrics and stakeholder feedback to ensure enrolment goals remain achievable and aligned with overall trial strategies.

· Site and Investigator Engagement: Establish and maintain ongoing communication channels with Principal Investigators
