Purpose of the role: We would like our experts to become ambassadors of our brands and to provide 360° support to all brands in presales and aftersales scenarios (including physical stores and e-commerce), basic technical support for troubleshooting and backoffice tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide 360° support to all brands in presales and aftersales scenarios
- Deliver basic technical support for troubleshooting
- Perform backoffice tasks to support customer interactions
Requirements
- C2 level of Dutch
- Advanced level of English

Benefits
- 38.5h/week, rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00
- Salary: 24,659.54 € gross/year
