The Opportunity
Reporting to the VP, Northern Europe & Spain,



you will lead the Spanish leadership team and drive the delivery of ambitious revenue, margin and profitability targets while ensuring strong customer focus, operational excellence and compliance.

You will be responsible for translating regional priorities into a clear local strategy, building high-performing teams and creating the governance, performance culture and customer relationships needed for sustainable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading the overall strategy, operational management and financial performance of the Spanish business.
- Owning revenue growth, profitability, working capital and key business KPIs.
