Role Description
We are looking for an experienced French Teacher who is fluent in French, Spanish, and English to teach international students online and help them successfully prepare for TEF and TCF exams.
This is more than a teaching position. We are looking for someone who can become a long-term collaborator and help us improve our programs, materials, and student outcomes as we grow.
Responsibilities include:
Teaching one-on-one online French lessons.




Preparing students for TEF Canada and TCF Canada examinations.
Creating personalized study plans based on student goals and levels.
Assessing student progress and providing feedback.
Maintaining lesson notes and student records.
Using English and Spanish when needed to explain concepts clearly.
Collaborating with the Enprico team to improve teaching resources and student success rates.
Supporting the growth of our educational programs and contributing ideas.
QualificationsRequired
Fluent French, Spanish, and English.
Previous experience teaching French professionally.
Proven experience preparing students for TEF Canada and/or TCF Canada exams.
Existing TEF/TCF preparation materials, exercises, mock exams, and study resources.
Strong understanding of effective exam preparation strategies and scoring requirements.
Ability to identify student weaknesses and create targeted improvement plans.
Experience teaching online
