Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive data-driven business transformation for customers by translating needs into AI-powered process-mining use cases and value cases. You partner with Sales, Delivery, and partners to shape strategies, run Proof-of-Value projects, and secure executive sponsorship. You oversee end-to-end value realization from initial framing to renewal, embedding Celonis as a strategic transformation platform. You will engage Spanish-speaking customers, lead workshops, and present outcomes to C-level stakeholders, delivering measurable ROI across industries.

• Identify and frame value with Sales, translating business needs into AI-driven use cases and tailored business cases
• Lead the execution of value realization plans, coordinating delivery teams and customer services to maximize ROI
• Scale value by driving adoption, growth, and renewals, aligning with Sales on expansion roadmaps
• Present roadmaps and results to executives and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with CIO/C-level sponsorship
• Facilitate customer workshops and executive presentations in Spanish to advance engagements

Responsabilidades
• +4 years of experience leading technical pre-sales and delivery projects




• Domain/Industry expertise in supply chain across Manufacturing, Consumer, Retail, Services, Resources
• Understanding of generative AI techniques and practical use cases (RAG, prompting, multi-agent orchestration)
• Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering basics; SQL is a must
• Experience with SaaS implementations, RPA, BI tools, and building dashboards
• Experience in value identification, ROI/TCO modeling, and measurable business impact
• Project and executive stakeholder management with ability to guide multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication of roadmaps and results to C-level audiences
• Degree in Technology u0026 Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Native-level or near-native Spanish proficiency for workshops and executive interactions
