In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team in Brno while collaborating with experts across the world to drive innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement in the design of structures supporting High Voltage products.

This opportunity goes beyond traditional engineering design. You will help define integral engineering standards, develop new tools and methodologies, contribute to product innovation alongside R&D; teams, and influence how structural solutions are engineered and delivered across our international organization.

Although the role is closely connected to our Brno-based team, we are also open to considering talented candidates from other locations who are excited to work in a highly collaborative global environment.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with Structural Engineering teams globally to establish and promote unified design methodologies and engineering best practices.
Drive innovation in High Voltage products through close cooperation with R&D; on the design, testing, and continuous enhancement of support structures and systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and consistency across engineering activities.
