Senior Graphic Designer creates and maintains assets and content for a variety of digital and print materials to support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and other company initiatives across all OEC brands. Works closely with Marketing and Culture teams to develop, manage, and execute high-quality, impactful materials from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with OEC core values and brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities & DutiesExecutes graphic design and production for the Marketing Department’s online and print projects, includingprint and digital advertising campaigns.Works cross-functionally withMarketing, Branding & Culture, and other internal teams to translate messaging concepts into graphics.Creates, edits, and repurposescustomer communicationsto support sales efforts and marketing communication strategies.Maintains theOEC Style llaborates on the design of customer materials, including trade show exhibits and support materials.Formats and creates high-impact Power Point presentations.Stays current onindustry trendsand drives implementation of these trends as needed.Makes proactive recommendations tostreamline and improve creative processes.Reviews materials created by external vendors and internal designers for consistency with brand guidelines.Maintains thedesign of company websitesto support product enhancements, introductions,



and improvements to functionality and user experience.Provides backup support in creating and editing videos for various uses.EducationAbachelor’s degreefrom an accredited college or university is required, with a focus inGraphic Designor related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.Experience, Skills and Key CompetenciesAt least6 years of graphic design experiencewith a proven background in conceptualizing, creating and delivering compelling creative content across all media types, plus working knowledge of a variety of design technologies and applications such asPhotoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Power Point, and Dreamweaver.Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:Excellenttime management skillsand the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A strong passion fordesign, with knowledge ofindustry trends, best practices, and the marketplace.Stronginterpersonalandstakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.The ability to balancelong-term projectswithdaily design prioritiesand adapt quickly to changing business needs.A highlyorganized ,detail-oriented, andself-directedapproach to work.Fluency inEnglish and Spanish,professional working proficiency inPortuguesewould be an advantage.
