This role serves as the primary liaison between suppliers, third party warehouses, Procurement, Logistics, Sourcing, and internal departments to ensure that physical inventory matches system inventory. The position focuses on real time inventory visibility, timely transaction processing, discrepancy resolution, and continuous monitoring of inbound and outbound material flows.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records across all third party warehouse locationsEnsure system inventory accurately reflects physical inventory by monitoring and reconciling inventory transactionsProcess and validate inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, consumption, adjustments, and returnsEnsure material consumption is recorded in real time to maintain accurate inventory visibilityInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and transaction delaysWork closely with Procurement and Strategic Sourcing to align material availability with procurement plans and purchase ordersWork closely with Finance and Accounting teams to align inventory reportsCoordinate cycle counts, inventory audits,



and reconciliation activities across warehouse locationsGenerate inventory reports and propose corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiencyQualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredEquivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal educationExperienceA minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related rolesExperience working with third party logistics warehouse locationsExperience managing inventory reconciliation and transactional accuracy within ERP systems, Excel spreadsheets and other database platformsPreferred QualificationsExperience in fast paced manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, or high value inventory environmentsKnowledge of inventory auditing, cycle counting, and warehouse best practicesStrong understanding of inventory environmental storage conditions and other relevant storage requirements for materials at third party locationsExperience supporting multiple warehouse locations across regionsSoft SkillsStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingExcellent follow up and problem solving abilitiesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsEffective communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work independently and proactively elevate issuesHigh sense of ownership and urgencyTechnology StackERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similarWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)Advanced Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and reportingInventory reporting and data analysis toolsPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in a hybrid environment with extended computer usageFull availability to travel within Europe to third party warehouse locationsAbility to participate in physical inventory audits when necessaryThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
