OverviewWe are Amazon’s GES International Design & Construction team, responsible for the design & construction of Amazon’s European building infrastructure, including Fulfillment Centers, Cross Dock, last mile delivery stations and refurbishment of existing infrastructure. We need an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Services Technical Expert (MEP Manager) to support our international network.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and improve mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and BMS systems in new and refurbished projects.Lead technical program and sustainability reviews, driving schedule acceleration, cost savings, and standardization.Define and implement data collection and Information Management strategies for existing and new real‑estate llect and sync feedback from developers, GCs, consultants, and internal stakeholders.Assist Preconstruction and Construction Managers during design reviews, GC procurement, value‑engineering,



and tender reviews.Deep dive into technical details and lead problem resolution on a need basis.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.Experience in project management, real estate development, architecture/design.Knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems design.Experience leading development, testing, and implementation of large‑scale, complex technology projects.Proficiency with business or technical software (MS Excel, MS Project, CAD). 3‑D modeling or simulation experience is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience as a general contractor and vendor management (RFP, bidding, change orders, quality control, RFI/submittal tracking).Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting or asset management.Fluency in French, German, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans, or Zulu.Location & TravelBased in Spain with approximately 50% travel domestically and internationally.Amazon is an equal opportunities panyAmazon Spain Services, S.
