This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing pipeline, and closing deals to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. You will work closely with a variety of industries and companies to sell the entire Autodesk platform as a sales generalist with help from overlay sales teams and subject matter experts.Reporting to a Territory Sales Leader, you will collaborate closely with customer success, channel partners, renewals reps, technical sales, client services, product specialists, and marketing to grow new business and expand existing customer relationships.This is a hybrid position hiring only in the Barcelona metropolitan area. This is a fixed term position (maternity cover).ResponsibilitiesProactively engage customer executives and key stakeholders to uncover business challenges and identify opportunities where Autodesk solutions can deliver measurable impactDrive net‑new and expansion revenue within your territory by focusing on customer value and Autodesk business outcomesOwn deal strategy and execution, including negotiating complex agreements and contracts across multiple levels of the customer organization, often in partnership with channel partners in competitive situationsBuild strong relationships and collaborate cross‑functionally with customer success, technical sales, marketing, product specialists, and channel partners to deliver an outstanding customer experienceDevelop and execute account and opportunity plans that prioritize new business creation, pipeline growth,



and expansion opportunitiesNavigate internal processes and resolve complex customer and commercial situations to progress deals to closeApply financial acumen and value‑based selling to position Autodesk as a trusted business partner and advisorEffectively balance and progress multiple concurrent sales opportunities across varying deal sizes and sales cyclesDeliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and maintain strong pipeline hygieneMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience5+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience, including selling complex, multi‑solution technology offeringsDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a structured, metrics‑driven sales environment that emphasizes strategic execution and cross‑functional collaborationProven ability to engage and influence executive‑level stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic business outcomesStrong forecasting discipline with the ability to accurately manage, forecast, and report on pipeline and account activity and CRM‑driven sales Experience applying consultative and value‑based sales methodologies (e.G., Target account selling)Ability to navigate complex or challenging sales situations with resilience, a growth mindset, and sustained focus on achieving resultsBusiness fluent in GermanSalarySalary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package.
