We are looking for a Finance Consultant (Sage X3) to join our Customer Services team, supporting Sage partners and customers with expertise in the Sage X3 Developer and Finance domain.In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs, while providing functional and technical support across Sage X3 financial processes. You will combine consulting, problem-solving, and development capabilities to enhance customer outcomes and ensure an excellent user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clear, timely communication and effectively route customer queries to the appropriate channelsManage and prioritise workload to deliver resolutions aligned with customer expectationsDesign, configure, and support tailored solutions within the Sage X3 environmentInvestigate and resolve functional and technical issues, proactively preventing escalation and managing complaintsCollaborate with internal teams and partners to enhance products, services, and customer outcomesBuild strong customer relationships and gather feedback to drive continuous improvementUtilise internal systems, tools,
