We are seeking an experiencedService Now ITOM Technical Consultantto support our client on an initial 3-month remote engagement. In this role, you will work closely with platform owners, technical teams and key stakeholders to design, configure and deliver scalable IT Operations Management solutions within the Service Now environment.ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure and customize the Service Now ITOM suiteEnsure seamless integration between ITOM and other modules such as ITSM, ITAM and CMDBBuild and optimize Discovery patterns, probes and sensorsMaintain high-quality CMDB data through proper modelling,



reconciliation and governanceDiagnose and resolve complex technical issuesConvert functional requirements into efficient technical configurationsPrepare clear documentation and knowledge transfer materialsRequired Skills & ExperienceAt least 3 years of hands-on Service Now ITOM implementation experience.Strong hands-on expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping and Event ManagementProven experience with CMDB data modeling, reconciliation and maintenance.Experience working in cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, VMware)Scripting experience using Java Script, Power Shell or Python.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersFluent Spanish and EnglishNice to HaveService Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOMService Now Certified System AdministratorLocation:RemoteContract Duration:3 Months(with potential extension)Start Date:ASAP
