Your Futures Missions
Within the Paid Acquisition team (Marketing & Sales team department) and based in Barcelona, your mission is to drive, plan and execute new growth projects for the PPC team on all markets.

Your role consists of setting up, developing and scaling new paid acquisition levers. You will bridge the gap between data-driven performance and creative strategy,



ensuring that our messaging resonates with our audience while maintaining high growth standards.

This is a strategic role for papernest since you will be working on new topics with high growth potential for all the markets and is a great opportunity to learn go-to-market strategies and project management skills. Your role will cover several areas: digital marketing, cross-team project management, SEA, data analysis and everything it takes to efficiently put in place and test new initiatives.

You will be the owner of the profitability of these initiatives, being responsible for the KPIs of the end-to-end funnel, from acquisition costs to conversion rate to revenues.
