About Biz AwayBiz Away is a solid international company with strong ambitions and great expertise, focusing on sustainability.Data Engineer (m/w/d)We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Data Engineer who will contribute to the growth and success of our Data & Analytics Team.Your role in Biz AwayDesign, build, and maintain the data architecture that supports our business needs, implementing scalable and cost‑effective pipelines and ETL flows for structured and unstructured llaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and availability, and define data design guidelines and event instrumentation strategies.Own Biz Away’s ETL processes and contribute to the implementation of data models supporting analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices, along with comprehensive documentation.Operate confidently within modern AI development workflows, supporting the evolution of data products and AI‑driven initiatives.Basic Qualifications3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.Demonstrated experience in data modelling and in implementing OLTP / OLAP systems.Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based data platforms (AWS preferred).Extensive knowledge of data architecture principles.Strong proficiency in SQL, Python,
