20% infrastructure architecture.Keep‑the‑lights‑on tasks such as bug fixing, monitoring and dependency management are shared among rotating squads.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain the full‑stack platform and AI Agents.Focus on outcomes rather than obstacles.Architect scalable solutions to support rapid growth.Improve internal processes and ntor teammates and shape the culture.First‑month objectives may include enabling Fina to handle more administrative work, simplifying purchase orders to suppliers, automating operational work with AI Agents, providing business health dashboards, and streamlining cross‑department collaboration via AI‑powered tools.QualificationsAt least 4 years of engineering experience building Saa S applications in Agile environments.End‑to‑end product experience: discovery, infrastructure, backend, frontend, testing, etc.Familiarity with Type Script, React, and Node.Experience designing and implementing architectures that solve product problems, using services, databases, external APIs, caches, queues, events, and more.Experience in microservices or service‑oriented architecture environments.Experience developing with AI, good judgement in its use, and basic AI understanding.Built AI workflows for production is a plus.Fluency in Spanish and comfortable in English;
