The department seeks qualified candidates to teach undergraduate courses such as ENOL 105 – Advanced Sensory Evaluation of Wines, ENOL 151 – Winery Equipment, ENOL 164 – Wine Analysis and Production, ENOL 166 – Cellar Operations, ENOL 168 – Introduction to Vine, Grape and Yeast Biochemistry, or other classes needed to fulfill educational goals.This is a temporary, part-time lecturer pool for the department.
