You are a High School Graduate or you have a University Degree preferably in Technical Field;
You are able to identifyand resolve both technical HW and SW issues;
You have Windows server 2016/2022 infostructure knowledge especially Domini, Active Directory, Policy, DHCP, DNS, Power Shell, etc;
You have the knowledge of infrastructure and virtualization principles (preferably VMWARE);
You are fluent in English or ItalianYou are a natural problem solver, a team player, able to work and perform under pressure, available to work shift job and work on call shift;
You communicate in a positive and effective mannerYou are familiar with customer-care department operationsIt is considered as a plus:Knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2008/2012 architecture and clusteringKnowledge of Linux Server and Linux environmentKnowledge of Avaya and Asterisk telephone infrastructuresCisco or Microsoft certificates (CCNA, MCSA, VCP)An understanding of IT protocols, routing and switching are appreciated;

especially multi-user computers, such as servers;
You will be responsible to ensure that the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the computers meet the needs of the users,You will be collaborating with the team installing, or upgrading computer components and software;
providing routine automation;
maintaining security policies;
troubleshoot ing;
