You'll own the full journey of mechanical components and subsystems — from concept and prototyping through testing, integration, and manufacturing — with a particular focus on safety‑critical systems. You'll work closely with our engineering and design teams, reporting to the Chief Engineer, in a fast‑moving environment where your decisions directly shape what ends up on the bike.What You’ll DoTranslate high-level product requirements into concrete designs for safety-critical mechanical subsystems, including hydraulic actuation systems and associated componentsConceptualise, prototype, test, and deliver finished mechanical components and subassemblies ready for large-scale productionWork alongside Engineering and Design to develop and ship high-quality electric motorcycles on timeSupport the integration of mechanical systems with the motorcycle’s energy management strategy during decelerationGenerate full engineering documentation: CAD models, drawings, schematics, and detailed proceduresEnsure proper testing, validation,



and certification of safety-critical systems and the overall vehicleSupport the transition of designs to the manufacturing lineWhat You Will Bring To StarkDegree in Mechanical Engineering or similar (BS/MS preferred)4+ years of experience developing motorcycles or vehicles, with experience in hydraulic actuation or safety-critical subsystems a strong plusProven track record bringing complex, mechanically focused products to marketProficiency in CAD (PTC Creo preferred) and drafting practices including GD&TDeep; understanding of static and dynamic load cases and structural analysesStrong familiarity with manufacturing processes involved in large-scale vehicle productionAbility to manage projects including costs and schedulesStrong communicator, collaborative, and comfortable working autonomously;
