Resourcing & Capacity PlanningSupport end-to-end resourcing processes across regions, including intake, matching, assignment, and conflict resolutionMaintain and update resource schedules and capacity views to ensure accurate alignment between demand and supplyContribute to general capacity planning by tracking pipeline demand and delivery commitmentsMaintain skills and availability data, supporting identification of capability gaps and hiring needsPartner with regional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective staffing decisions2. Financial & Delivery OperationsProduce and analyse utilisation reports, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunitiesSupport revenue forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance and PS leadershipTrack key delivery KPIs (e.G. project duration, margin, on‑time delivery), identifying areas of underperformanceSupport data integrity and adoption of PSA tooling (e.G. Certinia), ensuring accurate and reliable reportingAssist with reconciliation of forecast vs actuals and support period‑end operational reviews3. Governance & ReportingSupport the production of global PS reporting, including dashboards, leadership packs, and QBR materialsEnsure data consistency and accuracy across reporting outputs and systemsMaintain documentation of resourcing processes, templates, and operating standardsSupport adherence to global resourcing policies, processes,
